For production of transport luggages is used nylon polyester type with high strenght of material which is thickened on the underside with PVC coating. Individual parts of luggages are sewn with euro polyester thread (Multicolor). This thread is made that all colors of spectrum shift in irregular lenghts and combinations. It is made by special sewing technique which protects against ripping out and re-sewing all parts of seams. All joints have special hem which makes impossilble to uncover seams and it works as fixing and setting component. It is possible to use different strenght material such as leader or imitation leader. All types of transport luggages can be delivered in wide color range.
Plastic seals BROPOL and ENVOPOL are constructed for security sealing of key cases, pouches, etuis and bags for safe transport or protection of cash, ducuments and keys. Seals are marked with ascending numbering, and also can be marked with bar code or with company's own logo.
Security sealing consist of two integral components: the body of security sealing tightly linked to the corpus of luggage, and slider sewed-in zipper, which is inserted into the body of safety closure. Both of these elements bonded with seals create complete safety cap.
